Performance in Lighting announced that it has taken over 100% of the Belgian Group Ed-Dis www.ed-dis.com from the sole shareholder Thomas Dirckx.
This operation enables PiL to establish business in Belgium with a distribution network designed to effectively cover all leading wholesalers of electrical equipment with a logistic point that covers Central and Northern Europe. Ed-Dis operates on the Belgian market through the production, assembly and distribution of a wide range of lighting products, both self-branded (Lumis) and produced on behalf of leading international players.
