This June, Prisma Architectural opened their doors and sponsored yet another customer event at our Conyers, Georgia facility. Agents and customers from all over the US were able to learn more about our products and people, while being the first to experience our newly renovated indoor and outdoor showrooms. In addition to product presentations, this year’s group teamed up for a challenge disassembling and reassembling fixtures, gaining true “first-hand” experience with our products. Additionally, attendees played golf, went to a Braves game, and were afforded some individual time to explore downtown Atlanta. Customer events are essential when building rapport with an agent’s design community and allow the opportunity to deepen the customer’s bond.
