This year again, PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING is the technical partner of Beplano and the work Mirabilia, part of Christmas Design, a widespread exhibition that takes place in the most iconic squares and sites of Bergamo during the holiday season, enlivening the city with an original format aimed at both Italian and international audiences. Christmas Design offers companies and designers the opportunity to express themselves and create value, gaining visibility among the public and media through site-specific installations in Bergamo’s most prestigious locations.
Mirabilia is an installation in three acts, hosted in the most evocative places of Bergamo’s Upper Town. Like an ancient and universal tale, its stages narrate the Journey of Every Man: Waiting, Birth, Epiphany. Three acts of a single revelation, intertwining the Mystery of the greatest of men with the fragility and strength within each of us. In an era dominated by speed, Beplano invites us to slow down, to immerse ourselves in a reflective time that opens us to the wonder of being.
Each movement has been commissioned by a different company and is displayed respectively in Piazza della Cittadella, Piazza Mascheroni, and Piazza Vecchia.
