In the municipality of Otura, within the Granada metropolitan area, along one of the main access routes to the newly developed industrial areas, a street lighting project has been implemented to serve a road infrastructure still in a phase of consolidation. The context is characterised by wide carriageways, recently developed plots, industrial production buildings and long road sections that are still evolving, where system reliability and autonomy are essential requirements to ensure effective and continuous lighting.
For this scenario, THEOS GLASS street luminaires with LED were selected and installed on stand‑alone photovoltaic poles, an ideal solution for areas that are not yet fully infrastructured and feature high solar exposure. The lighting fixtures deliver high performance in terms of efficiency and reliability, combining energy autonomy with a reduced environmental impact.
The intervention enhances safety, orientation and the perceived quality of the space, supporting the future development of the area with a sustainable and technologically advanced lighting solution.
