The multi-sport complex in the city of Motril was created to provide citizens with facilities for playing different sports at the same time. It currently includes two pavilions, an outdoor artificial grass pitch and an athletics area.
The main building was renovated recently with attention to the environment beginning at the design stage. The main pavilion features high energy efficiency and an air conditioning system that produces high-flow assisted ventilation to reduce the indoor temperature in the summer.
In the outdoor areas, groups of MULTI+ 30 PCs illuminate access roads and the perimeter of the building. These wall-mounted luminaires provide safety for outdoor areas and with reduced energy consumption, contribute to the energy sustainability of the complex.
The new building has a total area of approximately 1,400 square meters and includes two motorized basketball goals, two futsal goals, a rhythmic gymnastics mat, stands for 124 spectators and a 20x40 meter sports field over 1,116 square meters of vinyl flooring.
