Abessinio Stadium, located in Wilmington near the lush Brandywine Creek State Park, is a multipurpose turf pitch built to provide the local community with a safe and welcoming place to play sports, gather and enjoy.
PERFROMANCE iN LIGHTING USA participated in the complex lighting project by supplying BLIZ SQUARE wall-mounted luminaires for general lighting to the areas outside the grandstand with the stands as well as STEEL ROUND ground recessed fittings and INSERT+ series wall recessed luminaires for correct safety lighting.
This site was built to meet the needs of many, whether it be to provide a suitable venue for high school athletic competitions, a space dedicated to youth sports leagues, or to help children to grow and realize their potential through the values of a healthy sport.
