The company has always been a member of ASSIL, an association that brings together manufacturers of luminaires electrical components for lighting, light sources and LEDs, operating on the Italian market.
Since 2004 we have been constituent members of ECOLIGHT, for the recycling of RAEE lighting fixtures.
ECOLIGHT is a national non-profit Consortium that gathers over 1,700 companies and ensures the management and disposal of RAEE, exhausted batteries, accumulators and photovoltaic modules at the end of their life in full respect of the environment and in keeping with sustainable development and maximum efficiency.
Our company has always been focused on important issues such as environmental protection, energy saving and the well-being of people. The design and development of our products are inspired by these themes every day.
A new collaboration starts with Agenzia CasaClima, an independent public certification body in South Tyrol (I), which managed to create its own certification protocol not only for residential construction, but also in the field of public lighting, wineries, schools, factories and much more. Over the years, it has become a protocol national, also known in Austria and Germany. Performance iN Lighting becomes the partner in the field of artificial lighting, providing training and consultancy regarding energy savings, smart lighting management, regulations, well-being and visual comfort.
We have always recognized the importance of healthy sport values like commitment, sacrifice and dedication. Every day we put our know-how at the service of professionals and amateurs to provide the correct lighting for their sports performance. This is why we have been Official Sponsors of the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation since 2018. This collaboration comes from passion for sports and the Group’s expertise in the field of sports lighting. Lighting plays a fundamental role in guaranteeing the best performance all competitions. Our fixtures are ideal for both amateur facilities as well as those televised events.
The Group is a member of AIDI, as well as a sponsor in many of the association’s activities. AIDI continually produces scientific, technical and cultural information for the dissemination of knowledge related to lighting. Its main mission is to promote the culture of light. Its associates represent all the key players in the lighting sector: businesses, architects, engineers, lighting designers, utilities, faculty and lighting enthusiasts, who, with their commitment and intelligence, contribute to the development and growth of the Association.
We are happy to be a partner of the Children's Museum of Verona since 2019. The interactive museum is dedicated to play and experimentation for young children and is an example of urban regeneration. It is a project by Pleiadi, a company that cultivates and communicates a passion for science to families and children through innovative methods. Our company has always been mindful of issues related to family and childhood.
We believe in training and we support the growth and professional integration of today's young people to develop professionals of the future. For this reason, we collaborate on a permanent basis with technical institutes in the area and with the best universities in the national context by organizing courses, technical seminars and welcoming as many students as possible at our offices for internships and training internships. We believe in the added value that having different generations in the company creates and we favour broad collaboration between students and staff as an important factor in the sharing of knowledge and mutual growth.
