HAUS DER HÖFE

The Haus der Höfe in Bonn, located in the immediate vicinity of the Museum Mile and the United Nations campus, is a modern building with about 7,900 square meters of space dedicated to offices in the service sector for several different groups.

PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING participated in the lighting of interior spaces and offices by providing glare-free workplace lighting that complies with the DIN EN 12464-1 standard, specially designed to improve office working conditions. The intervention includes SL629 PL suspended luminaires, both single luminaires and installed in continuous rows, equipped with a microprismatic diffuser for efficient light diffusion, glare minimization and high uniformity. DL ROUND recessed ceiling luminaires complete the installation for general room lighting. 

The glass walls of the building, besides providing the necessary acoustic protection from the nearby railway line, also delimit the internal courtyards, clearly organizing the semi-public space located in front of each building section to function as reception and representative area. The Haus der Höfe is the first building encountered upon arrival at the 'Bonn-UN Campus' railway station and toward the city centre, making it the 'gateway to the federal district” at the national level.
