WELFARE CHAMPION 2020

PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING was included for the third consecutive year among the excellences of the Italian PMI Welfare Index.

The fifth edition of the PMI Welfare Index further expands the analysis framework with over 6,500 interviews, tripled in 5 years. The PMI Welfare Index report is enriched with analyzes on Covid-19 and the impacts of welfare on financial results.

In 2020, corporate welfare emerges even more as a fundamental lever of a corporate strategy aimed at sustainable development, since it has a positive impact on the entire ecosystem in which it operates: workers, families, the community and the territory.

Our company, among the 78 awarded Welfare Champion companies, in this crisis has become even more aware of being a social, as well as an economic and market subject, for its diffusion in the territory and for its proximity to workers and families, giving life to a new subsidiarity welfare.

The crisis experience has changed the culture of business management, gaining greater awareness of the centrality of the health and safety of workers.

The award, which was given to us directly by the Italian Premier Giuseppe Conte, enhances our daily commitment to keeping the promise of creating a healthy work environment, tailored to our employees and creating a positive atmosphere for the whole community. For 40 years we have been working to contribute to people's well-being, improving the spaces in which they live through light.
